TzxDuino-Reloaded version 1.5 Nano by Edu Arana, based on the original design by Andrew Beer, Duncan Edwards. This new version of TZXduino has been completely reworked with smd components. The layout and orientation of the connections has also been changed. Now, just plug the TzxDuino into the socket of your favourite personal computer and use a power supply from a smartphone with micro usb C connector and that's it, just start uploading files to your favourite computer ?
TZXduino is especially useful on Amstrad CPC computers thanks to the pause load detection support it uses, allowing the loading of games to be completely unattended using this device.
Our TZXduino MAXduino consists of:
- 3D printed box
- Vinyl sticker
- usb cable (type C)
Files compatible with TZXduino:
TZXduino is able to reproduce all those systems supported by the Maxduino firmware:
- Spectrum: TAP and TZX
- Amstrad CPC: CDT
- MSX: CAS and TSX
- ZX80: O
- ZX81: P
- Acorn Atom and Electron: UEF (uncompressed) and TSX
- Dragon 32/64 / Tandy CoCo: CAS and TSX
- SVI Spectravideo: TSX
- Oric 1 and Oric Atmos: Oric TAPs are not supported, but TAPs converted to TSX are supported.
and many more supported models are being added every day.
Audio amplifier
This version of TZXduino incorporates an audio amplifier. The amplifier is operated by flipping a small DPDT switch to bypass or enable the D9 signal to the AMP LM386. The other switch position connects the D9 signal directly to the 3.5mm jack.
Maxduino Credits
Maxduino is a creation of Rafael Molina based on the Casduino, TZXduino and Tapuino projects. Thanks to the fact that the MaxDuino project is open and participatory, Rafael Molina has received code contributions from many people, which have served to improve it. He has had the help of other programmers, such as Natalia Pujol (NataliaPC), Alfredo ?Retrocant? (@acf76es), Spirax, Ramón Martínez Palomares (ramp), without forgetting the original projects of Sweetlilme -Tapuino- , and those of Duncan Edwards and Andrew Beer -CASduino and TZXduino-.
To follow the evolution of this project you can read the Official Maxduino thread on va-deretro.com and the fonts are available at your github.

It's a great invention, so you can play your own games and games from the scene without recording tapes. I have one and I'm very happy!
