Powerball History
Powerball es un juego de plataformas publicado por Mastertronic en 1986 para el Commodore 64.
If you thought you liked games with balls, with this challenge you will realise that you were very wrong. This programme can kill you if you let it. It's so addictive that you'll spend your time avoiding obstacles and calculating the bounces until the wee hours of the morning. You don't have a choice, and tomorrow you have to get up early...
How to play Powerball
Within a time limit we have to get the ball to the end of the level, avoiding falling into the void and collecting a few chalices along the way, which will reward us with a succulent ration of points. We will find a multitude of threats, such as vases, cactuses and even missiles, which we will have to learn to avoid losing more lives than necessary.
With the left and right directions we advance the ball, which bounces constantly, and with the fire button we increase the height of the bounce. All obstacles can be overcome, but some will require perfect direction and bounce. Other elements are overcome with the help of certain set elements, such as walls or ledges. Timing your moves correctly is essential if you want to make it to the end.
