Hyperbowl

Hyperbowl is a futuristic one-on-one sport viewed from above, with a small rectangular portion of the field visible at a time. Each player controls one of 10 available spaceships, each with its own subtle strengths and weaknesses in terms of speed, inertia and direction of fire. A scanner shows the positions of both ships and the ball.

Play in Hyperbowl lasts 5 minutes, or until a player reaches the winning score of 9. Each of the three skill levels is a 5-level tournament of increasing difficulty.

How to play Hyperbowl

Hyperbowl consists of guiding the ball to a 'goal' in the middle of each end (scoring 2 points) or to the goal line elsewhere (scoring one point). The ball can be guided by hitting it with the ship or by shooting it with your ship's beam (which does not damage or hinder the opposing ship in any way).
